QEOSH International Standards Certification Inc. has been launched since 2015, operating as Canadian registered management system and personnel certification body. The corporation was established by a team of Environmental Health & Safety Directors with proven records of correlation between an effective occupational health and safety management system and strategically reduced workplace accidents, injuries and illness.

QEOSH International Standards Certification Inc. as an independent verification and certification body meets the expectations of

  • ISO/IEC 17021:2011— Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems.
  • ISO/IEC 17024:2012 - General Requirements for bodies operating certification of persons.

QEOSH International Standards Certification Inc. a Canadian registered Certification Body meets and exceeds the expectations of

At QEOSH, we understand the importance of impartiality and are committed to ensuring the impartiality of our certification and adherences to a code of integrity and professionalism.

  1. QEOSH shall have top management commitment to impartiality in carrying out management system and personnel certification activities.
  2. QEOSH shall identify, analyze and document the possibilities for conflict of interest arising from provision of certification and if there is a potential threat to impartiality, then the certification shall not be provided.
  3. QEOSH shall not certify another certification body for its management system certification activities.
  4. QEOSH shall not certify a management system on which it provided internal audits or consultancy within 2 years following the end of the internal audits and/or consultancy.
  5. QEOSH shall not outsource audits to a management system consultancy organization.
  6. All personnel involved in the Certification operations are committed to understanding this policy, complying with the principles, documentation and maintaining continued competence.

QEOSH understands the importance and sensitivity of confidentiality in all of our professional activities and shall through legally enforceable agreement and a written policy keep confidential any proprietary information about a client.

  1. Personnel, including contractors, or any individuals acting on behalf of QEOSH, shall keep confidential all information obtained or created during the performance of all professional activities.
  2. QEOSH shall have available and use equipment and facilities that ensure the secure handling of confidential information.
  3. Information about any client from sources other than the client shall be treated as confidential, consistent with our confidentiality policy.
  4. QEOSH is committed to legally enforce this policy to ensure the confidentiality of the information obtained or created during the performance of certification activities at all levels of its business structure.
