As an HSE staffing & recruitment, we professionally engage with our HSE candidates, clients, and suppliers; to execute our services and obligations, we will need to collect and use certain personal/company information.
The information we collect enables us to offer you our specialties, high quality, tailored HSE staffing & recruitment services, which include: HSE work-finding services and assessing suitability for employment (for HSE Candidates); providing qualified candidates to fill an HSE vacancy requirement (for hiring clients) and to offer our HSE consulting.
We may collect personal information from our candidates to provide tailored HSE work-finding services. Our candidates include applicants for any advertised HSE role (permanent, part-time, temporary).
We collect information including, Name, Home address/location, contact information (telephone number(s)/ email address), Date of Birth/Age, Gender, Resume – includes work and education history, Rights to work documents such as Passport or Visa, Social Insurance Number, Professional qualifications certificates, designation, and memberships.
Special Categories of information: this covers sensitive personal information about an HSE candidate, including criminal and other background checks. Before collecting this information, we will ask candidates for explicit consent, except where necessary for the carrying out obligations under employment or a collective agreement.
To offer our HSE staffing & Recruitment and HSE project consultancy to our clients (including hiring employers), we need to collect and use information about our clients. This includes communicating our HSE staffing & recruitment terms and agreement, discussing role qualifications, proposing HSE candidates, contractual discussions, and providing HSE consultancy services.
We may collect personal/company information that includes processing the personal data of individual contacts we deal with at the client’s organization, such as Name, Work address, Contact telephone numbers, and Email address. We may also need to collect personal banking details and payment information to charge for our HSE staffing, recruitment, and consultancy services (if this is part of the contractual arrangements).
This includes partnerships, companies, and independent contractors, who provide services to QEOSH Staffing & Recruitment. We collect certain information from our suppliers such as contact details: Name, Work address, Contact telephone numbers, Email address, and Banking details to pay for the services provided.

At QEOSH Staffing & Recruitment, we collect personal/company information through various ways, both directly and indirectly, which includes:
Direct collection of personal information includes: resume submission via email or on our website, email communications, entering information into our online HSE recruitment consultant support chat, and contact via social media like LinkedIn.
We also collect information via indirect/3rd party sources that include job board/job sites, social media searches such as LinkedIn, our HES network contacts, or others who may refer HSE candidates to us.
Direct collection of personal information includes telephone and email conversations between our HSE recruitment consultants and our clients, face-to-face meetings and at our events, contacts via social media like LinkedIn, and our HSE recruitment terms & agreements.
We also collect information via indirect/3rd party sources, including our professional network contacts/others who may know our clients and online and offline media like trade associations.
Direct collection of personal information includes online registration forms requesting your contact details: name, email, Resume (as applicable), company name, and our job applications to our HSE vacancies we might advertise on our website.
We also collect information via indirect/3rd party sources, including cookies, in line with cookie consent, preferences, and settings in your browser.
How QEOSH protects collected personal /company information?
We will take all reasonable steps to protect personal/company information from loss, misuse, or other unauthorized uses and remove your personal information when it is no longer required for its intended purposes.
