We use both a quality control process throughout the project and an evidence-based self-evaluation model at project maturity to ensure we have met our client’s expectations at the end of the project.
Our evidence-based self-evaluation model verifies that a contract’s requirements have been met to the client’s satisfaction. Our model promotes a transparent, collaborative framework and drives the behaviors required to support a robust assurance process and, consequently, successful project delivery.
